TRIBUTE DONATIONS TO
GRANT PUBLIC LIBRARY
Patrons of Grant Public Library may make a donation in honor of a person who is living or in memory of a person who is deceased.
The library accepts two types of donations:

1. Donation of cash or check. Donor may either:

Designate item(s) to be purchased with approval of the Library Board

Designate that the funds be used to sponsor an existing library program (such as summer reading) or service (such as Hoopla).

Allow librarian to purchase item(s) for the library.
​​​2. Donation of book or item to be placed in the library. Please speak with the librarian to make sure that the book or item will meet the criteria BEFORE you make your purchase.

Criteria for donation:

Book must be new
-
Book must be hardback
-
Item must be in new or like-new condition
-
Item must coordinate with existing library items
​
Exclusions include but not limited to:
-
Books that are already in the library collection.
-
Books/items that are controversial or offensive.
-
Items that will not fit in the library due to space or structural limitations.
